Testing terms
Commercial and analytical terms for sample submission, laboratory acceptance, billing, and report delivery.
Scope and acceptance
A request and estimate do not constitute accepted testing. Acceptance depends on sample suitability, condition, required information, and agreed scope. Client specifications are requests until reviewed.
Prices, additional charges, and timing
The September 2026 pricing schedule applies per sample unless stated otherwise. Preparation, investigation, retests, taxes, shipping, and special reporting may add charges. Standard turnaround begins at acceptance. Rush requires prior approval and does not shorten stability study periods or required microbial growth cycles.
Invoices and release
Invoices are issued at sample acceptance. Delivery follows payment unless a written exception applies. Payment does not replace scientific review or authorized release.
Report availability and corrections
CoAs are available online for one year after issuance, with longer availability by arrangement. Contact the laboratory for extended availability, corrections, or a replacement copy.

Product safety, labeling, claims, regulatory compliance, release decisions, and use of analytical results remain solely the responsibility of the client or product sponsor.
