Terms and conditions
Effective October 3, 2026. These terms govern use of the AV Analytics website and client portal. Agreed laboratory scope and any written service agreement also apply.
Business and contact
AV Analytics, LLC, 11400 State Highway 30, Suite 701, College Station, TX 77845. Contact info@avanalytical.com or 979-315-5808. This website offers analytical testing services, not peptide products, patient care or medical advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use an individual account, protect your credentials and provide accurate information. Use the site only for lawful purposes and for records you are authorized to access. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate others, upload malicious files or attempt to access another client's private records. Report suspected unauthorized access to the laboratory. Access may be restricted where needed to protect the service, subject to applicable rights and existing agreements.
Requests, prices and payment
An online request or estimate is not laboratory acceptance. AV Analytics confirms suitability, analytical scope and applicable charges before acceptance. Review the issued invoice and any approved changes before paying. Eligible invoices can be paid through Stripe. Payment does not constitute scientific review, approval of a product or authorization to publish a certificate. Cancellation and refund requests are described in the Refund and cancellation policy. Nothing here adds a tax or a charge that was not disclosed and agreed or required by law.
Results and limitations
AV Analytics provides analytical testing and reporting services only. Results are based solely on the submitted sample(s), requested scope of analysis, and methods performed. AV Analytics reports do not constitute or imply endorsement, approval, certification, validation, or guarantee of any product’s safety, efficacy, quality, regulatory compliance, marketability, or fitness for use unless otherwise stated in writing. Product safety, labeling, claims, regulatory compliance, release decisions, and use of analytical results remain solely the responsibility of the client or product sponsor.
Uploaded material and intellectual property
Submit documents and samples only if you have authority to do so. You retain your rights in your materials and authorize AV Analytics and its service providers to use them as needed to fulfill your request and maintain required records. Public publication is a separate staff action, not an automatic consequence of upload. Website text, branding, photos and other materials may be protected by copyright or other rights. Access does not grant a right to reproduce them for unrelated commercial use. Do not alter a report or present a sample-specific result as a general product endorsement.
Availability and support
Website access and automated support may be interrupted or contain errors. AI-assisted responses are informational and may be incorrect; request a laboratory representative for scope, payment, technical or reporting decisions. Contact the laboratory if you need an accessible alternative or cannot access a record. Website information does not replace an accepted written service agreement.
Rights, changes and questions
Applicable statutory rights are preserved. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive consumer rights or override conflicting terms in an existing written service agreement. Changes will be dated and published; material changes requiring agreement will be presented when required. Contact the laboratory about a dispute or an error so it can be reviewed.
