Privacy policy
Effective October 3, 2026. This policy explains personal information used by the AV Analytics website, client portal and support service.
Who is responsible
AV Analytics, LLC, 11400 State Highway 30, Suite 701, College Station, TX 77845, operates the laboratory and determines how client information is used. Contact info@avanalytical.com or 979-315-5808 for privacy questions or requests. DF Intelligence Group provides website administration and technical support for AV Analytics.
Information and purposes
We use your account email and authentication records to provide secure access; contact, organization and billing information to respond to inquiries and manage services; sample identifiers, testing requests, uploaded certificates and order records to perform and report laboratory work; and payment status and transaction references to reconcile invoices. Support messages are used to answer your questions. Provide only information relevant to your request. Do not submit patient records, sensitive health information, government identification or payment card details through forms, uploads or chat.
Payment information
Stripe processes online payments and receives the billing and payment information you enter in its checkout. Our application receives payment status and transaction references, rather than your full card number or security code. Stripe may use necessary storage and fraud-prevention technology when you open checkout.
Basis for processing where required
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, necessary service information is used to take requested steps or perform an agreement; business contact and security information is used for legitimate service and security interests, subject to applicable rights; legally required records are retained to meet legal obligations; and optional analytics relies on your permission. An acknowledgment that you read this policy is not blanket consent to unrelated processing. Contact us about the basis, processing locations or transfer safeguards applicable to your information. Where available, you may complain to your data protection authority.
Optional analytics and privacy signals
With your permission, we measure public-page views, active viewing time, scroll depth, general navigation clicks and testing-service selections. Events include a temporary tab visit identifier, country/region, general browser and operating system, device category, screen-size category, language and referring hostname. We do not record typed form contents, session replay, payment details, account pages, authentication pages, certificate searches or precise location in these analytics. Analytics defaults to off. You can reject it or withdraw permission in Cookie settings. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable it, even if you previously accepted. We do not use advertising pixels or sell personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website.
Service providers and recipients
Vercel hosts the website and file storage; Supabase supports authentication and database records; Resend delivers transactional emails; and Stripe processes payments. Authorized AV Analytics personnel and its technical service provider access information needed for their work. If you choose AI-assisted support, your messages and the context needed to answer them are sent to the configured AI provider. Uploaded support files are available to support staff and are not sent to the AI by this application. Choose a human representative if you prefer. Providers may process data in the United States and other locations. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and service security.
Certificates and publication
Client certificates are private unless staff explicitly publishes a certificate. Public certificates and their approved metadata can be viewed without signing in. Only upload material you are authorized to provide. Before requesting or approving publication, remove private contact information, confidential material and any personal information not intended for public release. Public downloads and copies held by others cannot be recalled by removing the website copy.
Storage and retention
Raw optional analytics events are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Authentication and security logs are retained according to the applicable service-provider and security settings. Accounts, requests, invoices, laboratory reports and audit records are retained as needed for service delivery, traceability, accounting, disputes and legal obligations; published portal availability is not a promise that underlying laboratory records have been deleted. Support retention follows the configured support retention period. Request deletion or a description of the retention applicable to your records using the contact methods below. We do not promise deletion of records that must be kept, and explain any applicable exception.
Your choices and privacy requests
Email info@avanalytical.com with the subject Privacy request, or call 979-315-5808. Depending on the law that applies, you may request access/a copy, correction, deletion or portability of personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You can request an explanation or appeal a declined request through the same channels with the subject Privacy appeal. We verify requests proportionately and respond within the time required by applicable law. Do not send sensitive identity documents with your initial request. Optional analytics can be refused without losing service. A necessary account or order email is not marketing permission. Creating an account or submitting a service request does not enroll you in marketing. An optional laboratory-news preference is a separate profile choice. Change it in your account, use any unsubscribe method provided in a marketing email or contact the laboratory to opt out.
Children, security and changes
This service is intended for adult business clients and is not directed to children. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. Access controls and protected connections help safeguard information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be dated and published here; additional notice or renewed permission will be provided when required.
