Volume pricing counts distinct sample records, not individual tests or containers. This interpretation remains configurable pending AV confirmation.
Timing & commercial terms
Standard UPLC-MS, rFC, ICP-MS, and growth-based sterility: 5–7 business days from sample acceptance. A 24-hour rush request requires prior approval at 2× base analysis cost.
Invoices are issued at sample acceptance. CoA delivery occurs upon payment unless otherwise stated in an approved written arrangement.
Stability follows the selected 90-day or 180-day study period; rush does not shorten it or a required microbial growth cycle. Complex ICP-MS preparation: $75–$150 per sample. Additional work is quoted separately.
