AV ANALYTICS
Cookie policy
Effective October 3, 2026. Cookies and browser storage serve the purposes below. Optional analytics is disabled until you choose to allow it.
Necessary storage
Supabase authentication cookies (names beginning sb-) maintain secure account sessions and are refreshed by the authentication service until sign-out or expiry. The av_privacy cookie saves this browser's analytics choice for up to 180 days. A sidebar_state preference may save workspace navigation for seven days. Requested support uses av-support-conversation and av-support-last-seen in local storage to resume a conversation and track unread messages; local storage remains until cleared or the conversation is reset. Security and hosting services may also use necessary request or session information. These features are not advertising trackers.
Optional analytics storage
After you accept, av-visit in session storage groups an anonymous-to-the-account public-page visit using a random identifier. The grouping is renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity; session storage normally ends when the tab is closed. Associated analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. Rejecting analytics removes av-visit from this tab and stops collection. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels or session replay in this site.
Payment and other services
Stripe payment components are opened when you request checkout. Stripe may use storage needed for payment processing and fraud prevention under its own privacy information. Google sign-in, if enabled and chosen, is handled by Google and Supabase. The public pages do not load third-party video, social-media or map embeds. Fonts and the analytics map assets are served by this site. External links only take you to another service when you choose to follow them.
Change your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject or withdraw optional analytics at any time. Necessary storage is not controlled by that choice. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable optional analytics. You may also clear or block browser storage, but sign-in and requested features may stop working. Refusing analytics does not prevent use of laboratory services. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; contact the laboratory to request deletion of existing information where it can be identified and deletion is applicable.
