01 / Create your account
Use New Client Request, verify your individual email, and complete the billing and CoA-delivery profile. Recipient contacts do not automatically become portal users.
02 / Build a sample request
Enter a unique identifier for each sample, product name, lot, matrix, label claim, containers, supplied amount, tests, and relevant handling details. Review the estimate and download your submission PDF.
03 / Confirm preparation and ship
Confirm minimum quantity, approved packaging, handling, storage, and hazard requirements with the laboratory before shipping. Do not assume a universal temperature or container requirement.
04 / Laboratory receipt and acceptance
Ship to 11400 State Highway 30, Suite 701, College Station, TX 77845. Physical delivery is recorded first. Acceptance follows scope and condition review; the invoice and Estimated CoA Completion are then established.
05 / Follow progress and retrieve your report
Track sample status in the portal. Resolve your invoice and retrieve the certificate after scientific review and authorized release.
